Manager of Health, Safety, and Environmental - WVU Industrial Extension
With more than 16 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control, AP and advanced chemistry education, and environmental health and safety, Shayna Boyles brings a broad and dynamic skillset to her role as Manager of Health, Safety, and Environmental Services at WVU Industrial Extension.
In this role, Shayna leads the development and delivery of comprehensive health, safety, and environmental consulting services for manufacturers across West Virginia. She works directly with companies to improve regulatory compliance, reduce risk, and strengthen workplace safety cultures through hands-on training, written program development, and hazard assessments.
Shayna is also guiding the strategic expansion of the center’s environmental services to better support clients in meeting evolving industry standards. Her ability to translate complex regulations into practical, site-specific solutions makes her a trusted resource for manufacturers seeking to protect their people and stay ahead of compliance challenges.
