Manager, Continuous Improvement - WVU Industrial Extension
After ten years of industry experience, Randy Kowalczyk now serves as the Manager of Continuous Improvement at the WVU Industrial Extension. As an Operations Supervisor at Sal Chemical, Randy’s focus was on production efficiency while working with regulating bodies, helping maintain site security, and explaining technical information to customers on products or processes. His continuous improvement efforts there included initiating and overseeing programs in, quality improvements, 5S, and creating a value stream map. Randy has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
