Kenneth Means

Professor Emeritus - Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering

After receiving a BSME degree five years were spent working in the aerospace industry working for Martin Marietta Corp. and Westinghouse Electric Corp. In 1973, after receiving a PhD, Dr. Means worked as a private consulting engineer in the construction industry performing HVAC design.

In 1981, he joined WVU as an assistant professor in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics. He is currently a full professor in the Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department at WVU.
