Jeremy Baldwin is an accomplished manufacturing leader with more than 22 years of experience driving operational excellence, organizational transformation, and business growth across the manufacturing sector.
Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership roles in quality, Lean Six Sigma, operations, and plant leadership, developing a reputation for building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable results.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University. He is a Certified Lean Manufacturing professional through the University of Michigan and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt through Villanova University.
His professional experience includes leading manufacturing operations, implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, overseeing complex project management efforts, supporting plant startup activities, and guiding organizations through digital transformations. Jeremy is passionate about helping manufacturers improve performance by combining operational discipline with strategic thinking while developing a culture of continuous improvement.
A lifelong resident of West Virginia, Jeremy is deeply committed to serving his community. He has been actively involved in Little League Baseball, Scouting, and other youth sports, where he enjoys mentoring young people and supporting programs that strengthen the community.
Jeremy and his wife, Angie, live in Moorefield with their family. They are the proud parents of Jasmine, Sara, Chris, Jake, and Adalyn. Jeremy and Angie are both alumni of West Virginia University and passionate supporters of Mountaineer athletics.
