Cherilyn Woodland is an accomplished Industrial and Management Systems Engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. She possesses extensive expertise in ISO 9001, internal and external auditing, and the development and implementation of management systems. Throughout her career, she has led process improvement initiatives that increased operational efficiency, implemented Management of Change programs, supported plant-wide Lean Manufacturing education and deployment, and overseen state-of-the-art automation system upgrades.
Cherilyn brings decades of manufacturing experience across the chemical, plastics, and pharmaceutical industries and is a Responsible Care® ISO 14001 Internal Auditor.
As a West Virginia University Industrial Engineering alumna and lifelong West Virginian, Cherilyn's ties to her community run deep. She remains actively involved in her family's auto body collision repair business and supports her daughters' school activities, reflecting her commitment to both local business and community engagement. When she is not working, Cherilyn enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and their dogs
